The Community Needs Assessment (CNA) is a broad look at county-level data, designed to help meet the Community Services Block Grant CNA requirements. The Housing Assessment is a targeted look at county-level housing indicators and aims to provide CAA’s with an in-depth look at housing environments and conditions in community.
